Dorothée Allain-Dupré is the Head of the Regional Development and Multi-level Governance Division in CFE, where she drives the OECD’s Regional Development Policy Committee work. This includes providing support to OECD Member and Partner governments in their efforts to advance regional development policy and multi-level governance in areas such as regional performance, mitigating regional disparities, rural development, regional attractiveness, decentralisation, public investment, regional and local finance.
