Marc H. Plancherel is Policy advisor at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO, Promotion Activities Directorate, Regional and spatial planning policy (DSRE) in Switzerland. In his function, he is responsible for the Swiss national strategy regarding Regional innovation systems. Before joining the public sector, Marc worked and managed SMEs & start-ups in Switzerland and abroad. He is a member of several associations that aim to promote and foster SMEs.
