Description
Ellen Lundkvist has a background at the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society, were she worked with promoting fact-based youth policy and youth perspective on rural and regional policy. She is the chairwoman of the Swedish Rural Networks working group on youth inclusion. As newly appointed manager for CLLD organisation Leader Gute, she has just moved back to her home-island Gotland in the Baltic sea, and has first-hand knowledge of the issue of empowering, attracting and keeping youth in rural areas.
