Post-doctorate from the University of Salamanca (Postdoctorado Iberoamericano en nuevos retos de la gobernanza pública); Ph.D. in Law from the University of Lisbon; Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Brasília. Former federal prosecutor in Brazil (MPF), where though 16 years was on behalf of many different plots: member of the staff of the General Prosecutor’s Attorney General’s at the Supreme Court; member of the MPF’s Money Laundering Group, the Permanent Advisory Committee on Leniency and Collaboration, member of the Brazilian delegations to the OECD/WGB; OAS/MESICIC; ENCCLA, AIAMP, CPLP, IAP, and Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Unit. Professor and attorney. Last publication: transnational use of evidences provided by collaborators in non-trial resolutions (Tirant lo Blanch, 2023).
