Description
Daniella Rasera Chiaretto has been a Federal Prosecutor working for the National Treasury Legal Office of the Brazilian Government since 2010. She is experienced in fighting corruption in its various forms, managing financial investigations, and expropriating and confiscating assets for tax recovery purposes. More recently, Daniella has cooperated with the Attorney General's Office in disciplinary procedures involving corrupt public officials and has promoted public integrity actions at the federal level. She has a Bachelor's degree in Law, postgraduate diplomas in International Business and Procedural Law, and a Master's degree in Law and Political Science. She is the author of the book “The Rule of Law under Threat and the General Conditionality Regime for the Protection of the Union Budget,” which was originally written in Portuguese and published in 2024.
