Description
Arthur Moura has been a prosecutor within the Attorney General for the National Treasury in Brazil since 2003. He has a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in public administration, as a Chevening Scholar (2017/2018). Author of several books on tax law, public finances and tax investigation, he teaches graduation and post-graduation courses and since 2020 is part of his Agency's tax fraud investigation team
