Call for projects

The Blue Dot Network certification applies to infrastructure projects across major sectors, including energy, water and sanitation, transport, and ICT. It can accommodate projects at different stages of the lifecycle, from planning and preparation to construction and operations.

We encourage stakeholders seeking to benefit from the Blue Dot Network’s first round of certification to submit projects for consideration here. The Secretariat will review submissions and revert to selected projects with further information. To find out more about the Blue Dot Network, visit www.bluedot-nertwork.org. Projects developed under various ownership and delivery models (e.g., traditional procurement, public-private partnerships, or privatized models) can also be certified.
