Description
Desislava Hristova-Miteva is the Head of the Strategic Planning and Management of Capital Investments Department at the Ministry of Finance of Bulgaria. In this role, she leads the development of strategic and program documents related to public investment projects and is responsible for coordinating and overseeing national funding programs. Her department also provides methodological support to budget users involved in implementing public investment projects. Ms. Hristova-Miteva is a Certified Internal Auditor in public sector, with a strong background in Public Expenditure Management, monitoring of public investment projects, Auditing, Data and Policy Analysis and Project Management.
