Description
Robert is an infrastructure governance specialist at the OECD, having advised governments across Europe, North Africa, Latin America and Australasia on delivering low-emissions, climate-resilient and outcomes-focused public investments. Robert also has expertise supporting countries with establishing the institutional and policy settings needed for the climate transition. Robert is a member of the Infrastructure and Public Procurement Division of the OECD. Before this, he spent 15 years in the New Zealand public service advising ministers in the areas of infrastructure, public finance, transport and minerals policy.
