Description
Erika Bozzay is the deputy head of the Infrastructure and Public Procurement Division at OECD. She is leading OECD’s work on strategic public procurement and working with several OECD and non-OECD countries to support them with their procurement reforms. Before joining her current division in 2019, she worked for the SIGMA programme which is a joint initiative of the European Union and the OECD, hosted by the OECD and supporting countries in South-East and Eastern Europe and in the MENA region with their public governance reforms. She was leading SIGMA’s procurement professional group. Before joining the OECD in early 2014, she worked in Hungary’s public administration for more than a decade, in different ministries, focusing on infrastructure governance, public procurement and transport related policy issues and participating, amongst others, in her country’s accession process to the EU.
