Finn Hobbesland is the Director for business development and operation and maintenance at Nye Veier ltd. He played a key role when the Norwegian government decided to establish the state-owned company Nye Veier ltd to challenge the traditional way of road design and construction. Finn has been the Director for business development since the start. The Company’s mission is to design and construct Norwegian highways faster, and at a lower cost than before. Finn’s expertise is mainly related to management of design and construction of large-scale infrastructure projects both within the road and the water and sanitation sector.
