Presentation

Miguel conducts research in the area of Future of Work. His interests include the study of personality profiles and risk of automation in Latin America. He is currently a consultant to ECLAC and the World Bank for the ONET project of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of Uruguay. Between 2016 and 2020, he served as Director of New Forms of Work at the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security of Argentina. Previously, he was director of science and technology for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, and a business developer for the Fraunhofer Institute and Harvard Medical International. He was also a researcher at CONICET, Harvard Medical School, and Children's Hospital Boston. He holds a PhD in Molecular Biology, specializing in Neuroscience.
