Pauline Musset is the lead author of numerous country studies and thematic works on vocational education and training (VET). In this context she has studied education systems all around the world, giving recommendations to Ministers on how to improve their systems based on international experience. She published research on career decisions and career guidance, based on PISA data. Prior to this, she worked on reforming the Greek primary and secondary education system, and on teacher training policies. She is one of the co-authors of the publication "Equity and Quality in Education: Supporting Disadvantaged Schools and Students". She holds a dual Master’s degree in International Economics and Political Sciences from Sciences Po, Paris.
