Karolin is an Analyst in the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the OECD. She is working in the team that analyses the changes in skill demand and supply in the labour markets. With a focus on adult learning, Karolin develops policy responses to those changes, tailored to specific country contexts as well as transnational. Before joining this team, she worked for an association of training providers. She also has many years of experience working on social protection topics and holds a master’s degree from Maastricht University.
