Isabelle Bichler-Eliasaf is the Co-founder and COO of retrain.ai. Prior to launching retrain.ai in 2020, Isabelle was the co-founder & CEO of Tohar, an Israeli placement company that pioneered how to leverage technology to source, screen, and find the best fit candidates. After its successful acquisition, Isabelle served as a wealth management executive, overseeing investments in multiple tech companies, focusing on early stage startups. Isabelle holds an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MBA specializing in Taxation from the College Of Management in Israel, and a MSc in Risk Management from the NYU Stern School of Business, where her research focus was DEI risk and Responsible AI.
