Nathan Goldschlag is a Principal Economist at the Center for Economic Studies at the U.S. Census Bureau. His research focuses on the applied microeconomics of innovation and business dynamics, with particular interest in intellectual property rights, knowledge diffusion, R&D, and entrepreneurship. He has contributed to several key studies on the economic impacts of technology, including AI, on businesses and the workforce. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from George Mason University.
