Rebecca Bell is a Policy Analyst with the International Assistance Policy Coordination Division at Global Affairs Canada. She is responsible for developing Canada’s policy direction on Financing for Development and Least Developed Countries, and coordinates international assistance policy across the Government of Canada.
Prior to her work at Global Affairs, Rebecca worked in global health in Uganda and Rwanda, and in youth policy for UN-Habitat in Kenya. Rebecca holds an MA in Global Governance from the Balsillie School of International Affairs in Waterloo, Canada and a BA in International Development and Political Science from the University of Guelph in Guelph, Canada.
