Priscilla Boiardi joined the OECD in October 2019 as Policy Analyst in the Financing Sustainable Development Division. Previously, Priscilla was Knowledge Centre and Policy Director at the European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA), leading the work on research, policy, training and dissemination. Priscilla has over 10 years of research experience on social investment, private finance and innovation.
