Magdalena Orth is a senior evaluator and team leader at the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval) where she evaluates finance instruments in development cooperation. Magdalena previously worked as a consultant with a focus on public finance, at the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and GIZ. She holds a master in public policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. Magdalena is member of the steering group of the OECD DAC EvalNet Working Group on Evaluating Blended Finance and co-led the impact work stream of the Tri Hita Karana (THK) Roadmap on Blended Finance.
