Presentation
Elad heads the International Department at the Israeli FIU, where he leads a team of liaison officers and financial analysts, attending to information exchange and other forms of cooperation with foreign FIUs.
Additionally, Elad coordinates the Israeli delegations to the FATF and Moneyval, and IMPA’s delegation to the Egmont Group, where he serves as a Vice-Chair of the Information Exchange Working Group.
Elad’s legal practice concentrates on the crossroads of law, finance and technology.
