Humaira leads a double life as both the founder of Intuitive Change, a Change Management consultancy specialising in strategic change advisory or rescuing complex programmes that have wandered off course, and as an elected local Councillor in the London Borough of Southwark. With over 20 years of experience through private, public and third sectors, Humaira is currently taking that skillset and leading change within her own community to enable the best life chances for all. She has battled for better quality housing, action on rising air pollution and increased devolution of power into communities. She recently co-founded Greener Bermondsey, a movement for community climate action aiming to lower the carbon footprint of the town.
