Elisabetta Iossa is Full Professor of Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Research Fellow at the Center for European Policy Research (C.E.P.R.) in London and at GREEN-Bocconi in Milan, and Director of the University Research Center in Procurement and Supply Chain, Proxenter.
Her main research interests are in applied economic theory, with a particular focus on public procurement, public-private partnerships and regulation of public services. She has collaborated with international institutions such as UK Competition Commission, European Commission, UK Financial Service Authority, O.E.C.D., Office of Fair Trading, IFAD-United Nations and World Bank.
She has published in Economic Journal, Games and Economic Behaviour, International Journal of Industrial Organization, Journal of European Economic Association, Journal of Industrial Economics, Journal of Public Economics, Rand Journal of Economics, among others.
