Matthew Jones has worked at Consumers International since 2020. Within his role as Project Specialist, he ensures that Consumers International remains on the cutting edge of consumer insight, innovation and impact. He co-manages the development of the Consumers International Global Consumer Protection Index and leads global coordinated action initiatives in partnership with membership organisations. Before joining Consumers International Matthew worked for the European Institute for Asian studies as a Junior researcher. He studied International Relations at the University of Birmingham and Keio University in Japan, graduating in 2019.
