Description
Mr. Andrés Herrera Troncoso is a lawyer from the University of Chile, with a master's degree in Telecommunications Law and Information Technology from the Carlos III University of Madrid, a diploma in Consumer Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and in New Technologies Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
He was appointed by President Gabriel Boric Font as the new National Director of the National Consumer Service.
He is the author of several publications on competition, the use of personal data, and consumer rights, and has taught at several universities, including the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, the University of Chile, and the Andrés Bello University.
