Alberto Villanueva Eslava
Executive President /Indecopi, specialized lawyer in dispute resolution, corporate law, air law and negotiation, with more than 30 years of experience in public and private institutions. He has been member and president of the Specialized Chamber in Bankruptcy Procedures of Indecopi, alternate agent of the Peruvian State before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Universidad Privada del Norte, among other important positions. Mr. Villanueva Eslava also has a master’s degree in law and specialization studies in negotiation at international universities. He has been a professor at various law schools in the country, is an academic peer of the Council for the Accreditation of Law Education, A.C., and is part of the Advisory Committee of the accreditation agency ICACIT.
