Description
Kim Mason currently serves as President of ICPHSO (International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization), an international, neutral forum for product safety stakeholders to learn, network, and share information to advance safer consumer products around the globe. Kim is the Senior Director of Compliance at Five Below, where she implements and manages processes, systems, and training related to product safety, testing and regulatory compliance, and Five Below’s social responsibility program. Kim’s 25 years of diverse retail and manufacturing operational experience includes inventory management and supply chain roles. Kim holds a B.A. from Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A. in Operations Management from University of Illinois at Chicago.
