Hon. Massimo Bitonci - Undersecretary of the Ministry of
Enterprises and Made in Italy
He was born in Padova, he graduated in Economics and Commerce at the “Ca' Foscari”
University of Venice. Chartered Certified Accountant registered with the Padova
Association and Auditor, he has worked in the certification of financial statements of
listed and unlisted enterprises and in tax and corporate consultancy.
Deputy Mayor and then Mayor of Cittadella (PD) from 1994 to 2012, he was Mayor of
Padova from 2014 to 2016, then municipal councilor of Padova until 2022.
Member of Parliament from 2008 to 2013, Group Leader in the Senate of the Republic
from 2013 to 2014, Member of Parliament from 2018 to 2022, member and group
leader in the Budget Commission. Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Economy
and Finance in the Conte I Government.
