Description
Özlem Taskin is Policy Analyst in the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate. Her work focuses on addressing the climate finance challenge, i.e. mobilising additional financial resources for climate action in developing countries, and aligning all finance and investment with the objectives of the Paris Agreement. With a background in development banking, Özlem has more than ten years’ experience in investment operations, policy analysis and advisory, and impact measurement. Prior to joining the OECD she has worked at the German KfW Development Bank and GIZ as well as with the World Bank and India Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA).
