Maximiliano Proaño Ugalde holds a law degree from the Universidad de Chile and a master’s in Latin American studies from the University of Amsterdam. He has also studied public management for territorial development and socio-ecological transition. Maximiliano also has experience as an advisor, consultant, and researcher in environmental and energy policy. He has worked in the public and private sectors and has been part of various civil society organizations.
