Description
Sandra Granados holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Development and Environment, and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. She has experience in climate action Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV): preparation of GHG inventories at national and subnational levels, formulation of mitigation measures and accounting for GHG reduction and removal. She has provided technical support for the development of policy and regulations for the management of climate change and reports on climate change in Colombia to the UNFCCC. Currently, she is part of the Mitigation Group of the Directorate of Climate Change and Risk Management of the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of Colombia, as professional for the formulation, implementation and evaluation of greenhouse gas mitigation initiatives.
