Description

Andrés Fuentes Hutfilter is head of the Regional Outlook and Environmental Economics Unit in the Economic Analysis, Statistics and Data Division of the Center for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities (CFE) in the OECD, where he leads work to integrate climate policy challenges in regional development. Before joining CFE, he was Senior Economist in the OECD’s Economics Department, Economist at the International Monetary Fund and Official Fellow of Oriel College in the University of Oxford. He holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford.
