Joe Morrisroe is Head of Breakthrough Agenda Strategy and Industry at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. In the run up to COP26, he worked to deliver the Breakthrough Agenda at the World Leaders Summit, and has since led on the implementation of the Breakthrough Agenda in the UK’s COP Presidency Year, with a specific focus on the Steel Breakthrough.
