Description

Mr. Lourenço is General Director of Environment at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Natural Resources of Republic of São Tomé e Príncipe, and the Global Environment Fund (GEF) focal point. He studied Geography and Environment in Brasil and have a post-graduation degree in Sustainable Development in Tropical Regions at the University of Évora. Since 2015, it has been exclusively dedicated to monitoring and evaluating environmental and climate projects.
