Description
Andrés Fuentes Hutfilter heads the Environmental and Land Use Economics Unit in the OECD’s Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities. He has led OECD projects to strengthen climate action by integrating the regional, place-based perspective, such as in “Regional industrial transitions to climate neutrality”, “Rural transitions to net zero GHG emissions in Korea” or the 2021 OECD Regional Outlook. He was previously Senior economist in the OECD’s Economics Department and responsible for green growth.
