Shivani has over fifteen years’ experience from the UK Civil Service, where she has worked across a wide range of climate-related issues, including carbon markets, climate finance, international climate change negotiations and nuclear energy. She is currently the Head of Voluntary Carbon Markets at the UK Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. Shivani holds Certifications in Sustainable Finance from Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership and Sustainability, and Climate Risk from the Global Association or Risk Professionals.
