Description
James is Chair of the International Programme for Action on Climate’s (IPAC) Technical Expert Group and is the UK’s delegate for the OECD’s Working Party on Climate Change (WPCC). James is currently an Economic Adviser at the UK’s Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, where he provides analysis and advice on a range of international climate change topics. He has previously worked in roles at the UK’s Department for Transport, Department for Communities and Local Government and the Climate Change Committee (CCC). James holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Surrey.
