Description
Philippe Mutricy is the Director of Evaluation, Studies and Prospective at Bpifrance, the French Public Investment Bank. Philippe is also the co-founder of Bpifrance’s Le Lab, a think tank within the Bank that has the objective to spur strategic reflections through research, publication and diffusion of studies that analyse the interplay between environmental, social and political factors impacting the SME ecosystem. Prior to taking the position as Director of Evaluation and Studies, he had more than 15 years of experience producing strategic research including in CDC Enterprises, Caisse des Dépôts, and the Cabinet of the Prime Minister where he served as technical advisor of SMEs, sports, and tourism.
