Mike Silber is the Chief Regulatory Officer of the Liquid Intelligent Technologies Group and the General Counsel of its Africa Data Centres subsidiary. Mike is a South African lawyer and has been involved in Internet infrastructure and Internet unique identifiers across the African continent and beyond. Mike serves and has served on the boards and councils of various Internet-related organisations in Africa and globally.
