Ms Labardini is a Mexican public interest lawyer, especialized in public policy, regulation in the fields of ICT, digital ecosystem and new generation technologies, with a focus on diversity, equality and enabling frameworks for digital access and inclusion. She is currently Coordinator of Public Policy & Regulation in in Latin America and the Caribbean for Rhizomatica in partnership with APC; She is also a Board member of the International Institute of Communications, and Co-founder of Conectadas, an NGO working for gender equality in the digital ecosystem. She is advisor to CSISAC’s Steering committee . Adriana was a commissioner at the Federal Institute of Telecommunications from 2013 to 2018. She is a lawyer from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, with a Masters degree in Law from Columbia University, in York. She is a former Fulbright scholar, Humphrey Fellow, and Ashoka Fellow..
