Eglė Markevičiūtė is the Vice-Minister of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, responsible for innovation and the digital policy. E. Markevičiūtė holds BA and MA degrees in Political science at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University. Previously she worked as a lobbyist and policy and public relations consultant. In 2011 co-founded European Students For Liberty - a global economic education organization in Europe.
