About
Natalie Foster is an Analyst at the OECD. She works in the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), mainly focusing on the design of new PISA assessments of 21st century skills – including the PISA 2022 creative thinking assessment – as well other PISA research and development projects.
She has also worked in the OECD Centre for Educational Research and Innovation.
She is the author of the PISA 2022 Creative Thinking and the PISA 2025 Learning in the Digital World frameworks, and co-editor of the recent publication OECD publication on “Innovating Assessments to Measure and Support Complex Skills”.
