About

Margaret “Macke” Raymond is the Program Director for Education at the Hoover Institution and Director of the Center for Research on Education Outcomes (CREDO) at Stanford University. Her work analyzes education reform efforts in primary and secondary schools in the United States. She is passionate about ensuring opportunity for all youth through excellent education in all schools. CREDO is a leader in studying US charter schools, school reform policy, measurement and performance and accountability systems and incentives. Dr. Raymond holds a B.A. summa cum laude from Boston University and a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
