Mr. Vilmantas Vitkauskas is Head of Threat Management and Crisis Prevention at Prime Minister’s Office in Lithuania. Prior to joining the Office, Mr. Vitkauskas held various positions in the Ministry of Defense and NATO Intelligence structures, was an adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania for National security. Mr. Vitkauskas has more than 20 years’ experience in defense and security matters.
