Biography
Professor Naila Kabeer is with the Department of International Development and on the Faculty of the International Inequalities Institute at the London School of Economics, UK. She has been engaged in research, teaching and advisory work on issues related to gender, poverty, labour markets and livelihoods. She is on the advisory boards of United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD), United Nations University-International Institute for Global Health and on the boards of Feminist Economics, Gender and Development and Development and Change.
