Description
Bruno Dantas is a Minister of Brazil’s Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) and, since 2024, the first Brazilian elected to the United Nations Board of Auditors. Former Chair of INTOSAI, he spearheaded global efforts to strengthen anti-corruption frameworks and audit governance. A Law Professor at the State University of Rio de Janeiro and Getúlio Vargas Foundation, he co-drafted Brazil’s 2015 Code of Civil Procedure, enhancing judicial transparency and accountability.
His international fellowships include the Hauser Global Fellowship (NYU), the Sorbonne (Paris), Cardozo School of Law (New York), and the Max Planck Institute (Luxembourg), where he advanced research on compliance, PPP oversight, and anti-corruption litigation. Dantas advises governments on institutional integrity reforms and publishes widely in three languages.
