Description
French magistrate specialised in criminal matters since September 2009, Caroline GENIN was head of the French delegation at the OECD WGB. Since January 2024, she has been Deputy Financial Prosecutor at the Parquet national financier, a central prosecutor's office specialising in the investigation and prosecution of highly complex cases of corruption and tax fraud with an international dimension.
