Description
Tara Shewchuk has more than 30 years’ experience in health law, policy and compliance. She currently is Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Medtronic and held a variety of other leadership roles in the healthcare sector. Tara has taught at several law and medical schools and published in the area of health law. She received Medtronic’s prestigious Global Inclusion, Diversity & Engagement (GIDE) Award. Tara has a J.D. from McGill, an LL.M. from Loyola and completed a Fellowship in Clinical Medical Ethics at University of Chicago. When not working, she enjoys hiking with her husband and three children.
