This session is organised by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security of Brazil, Knowledge Partner of the virtual 2021 OECD Global Anti-Corruption & Integrity Forum - please scroll down for the recording.
In the coronavirus pandemic reality, the session aims to bring a discussion about initiatives taken towards preventing and fighting corruption by anti-corruption institutions of Brazil, as well internal challenges related to assets recovery and law enforcement. In order to provide the best experience, the panelists will present some of their anticorruption actions and results, such as leading cases regarding improper use of emergencial benefits, alleged crimes committed by high level politicians and recent scandals involving public contracts. All participants will be able to ask questions and exchange experiences with the panelists during the session.
