REPLAY: Tools for managing risks during COVID-19 pandemic

This session was organised by the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia, Spain, Knowledge Partner of the virtual 2021 OECD Global Anti-Corruption & Integrity Forum - please scroll down for the replay. Session description: 1. Presentation of 2 tools developed by the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia to help public organisations to manage integrity risks during the pandemic: • Risks prevention in the exercise of public authority during COVID-19 crisis Reminders, recommendations and resources to promote Integrity (April 24th, 2020) • Interactive guide to manage integrity risks in public procurement (May 11th, 2020), based in a research that identified inherent risks in public procurement in Catalan bodies and an exhaustive list of almost 70 factors that create, enhance and perpetuate those risks (organisational factors, personal factors, procedural factors, leadership & cultural factors...). 2. Discussion of this tools with professor Luis de Sousa (Research Fellow, ICS-ULisboa) and comparison with similar regional initiatives. List of speakers: o Lara Baena.
