Biography
Vasileios E. Papakostas holds the rank of Police Colonel and he is currently serving as the Director of the Cyber Crime Division of the Hellenic Police. He graduated with honors from the Officers’ School of the Hellenic Police Academy, in 1997, and from the School of Continuing Education & Training of Hellenic Police Officers, in 2010. He holds a master’s degree from the Department of Engineering Information & Communication Systems of the University of Aegean. He is a PhD Candidate of the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering of the University of the Aegean, in the Thematic Area of Artificial Intelligence.
